2. Specific equipment characteristics (main equipment technical characteristics)
1. The mechanical structure of the uncoiler adopts base + tooth box structure. The uncoiler adopts reverse tension motor. In addition, the uncoiler is also equipped with a tail plate monitoring system, when the uncoiler is near the end, the entire production line will automatically slow down.
2. Six-layer levelling machine. Levelling machine adopts the most advanced six-layer levelling machine, a total of 21 levelling rolls. The supporting roller system adopts NC trimmer motor.
3. Flying shear, the use of advanced four-crankshaft rotary shear mode, all transmission gears are applied grinding process, to ensure the accuracy of equipment operation. The power system is controlled by servo motor + servo driver.
4. The palletizer is a double palletizer, servo feeding, pneumatic clapper, hydraulic lifting platform, roller discharging, efficient, safe and easy to operate.
5. The equipment digital electronic control system PLC adopts Siemens, the flying shear servo control system adopts imported Baumler/Avatek, and the DC drive adopts world-class brands such as ABB OPai.
